  1. SHIPPING
    Your Olevia.com order will be quickly processed and safely delivered. We ship products to any physical address (not including post office boxes) in the United States using the shipping method of your choice. When you place an order we will deliver the product based upon the availability of your item(s), shipping method selected and your shipment’s destination. Products cannot be shipped to international destinations or post office boxes at this time. Orders that are placed after 3pm eastern time will be processed the next business day.

    Available Shipping Methods:

    For TV’s under 42 inches and Accessories:
    UPS Ground Service: Delivery in 5-7 Business Days

    For TVs 42 inches and larger:
    NVC Direct: Threshold Service Delivery to your door in 5-10 business days.
    NVC Provides delivery to the entryway on the first floor of a residence or business.
    Deliveries are scheduled within a four hour window, M-F, 8am –5pm.

  2. RETURN POLICY
    If you are dissatisfied with your Olevia.com order, you can return your unopened or unused items for a refund or exchange. Damaged products cannot be returned for refund or exchange. Cancellations and returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee and the shipping fee is non-refundable. Please call our Customer Care Centerat 1.866.965.3842 to speak to a representative and receive return instructions. Refunds for items must be returned within thirty days of the purchase date and will be credited in the same form as the original payment type. Damaged products will not be accepted as a return, unless Return Shipping will be the customer’s responsibility. Refunds are not available for items returned after thirty days from the date of purchase. The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. If you have an exchange for the same dollar amount as the original purchase, additional shipping or handling charges may apply. Items returned without a pre-authorized return (RMA number) will be returned to the customer.
